We build our cooperation with architects on trust, transparency, and a mutual understanding of the design process. We understand time pressures, changing assumptions, and the need to react quickly to investor decisions.

Selection of manufacturers and solutions

We offer access to a carefully selected portfolio of renowned manufacturers of contract furniture, lighting, acoustic, and finishing solutions. We assist in selecting products perfectly tailored to the architectural concept, building standards, and intensity of use.

We advise on:

• ergonomics and technical standards,

• customization possibilities and bespoke solutions,

• materials, colors, and finishes,

• compliance with certification requirements (LEED, BREEAM, WELL).

Design tools

We provide full support at the design stage, including:

• mood boards and material schedules,

• technical data sheets and product specifications,

• 2D/3D models and BIM libraries (depending on the manufacturer),

• support with descriptions for tender and detailed designs.

As a result, the architect can focus on the concept and quality of the design, with the confidence that the proposed solutions are realistic to implement.

Showrooms and inspiration

We organize visits to manufacturers' showrooms, presentations of new products, and inspirational meetings. We facilitate testing of ergonomics, material quality, and acoustic solutions, which significantly aids in making conscious design decisions.

Support at the implementation stage

During the execution phase, we monitor compliance with the design. We coordinate orders, deliveries, and installation, paying close attention to details that are of key importance to the final result. The architect remains the creative partner, while formlab takes responsibility for the product and technical side.
